- The Third Pakistan-France Trade and Business Delegation 2025 was organized by the Global Trade and Expo Center. In which the Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry was represented by Mr. President Haripur Chamber Shahbaz Mahmood and Chamber Member Sadaqat Khan.
- A program was organized at the Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry to express gratitude to Pakistan and the Pakistan Army. It was presided over by Mr. Shahbaz Mahmood, President of the Chamber. And especially thanked AC Haripur Mr. Hamza Abbas and Muhammad Basharat Abbasi and all the former presidents, executive members and chamber members of the chamber. Ziaur Rehman Sahib performed the hospitality. President Mr. Shahbaz Mahmood reflected on the recent tense situation between Pakistan and India in very comprehensive words and appreciated the courageous action of the Pakistan Army from the bottom of his heart. - A consultative meeting on Trade Organization Rules 2013 was held at FPCCI Capital Office Islamabad under the supervision of President FPCCI Atif Ikram. - At Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dasu Dam Kohistan affected people led by Syed Ahmed Jan Sikandar apprised the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi, about the issues related to WAPDA faced by the local communities. - *A high-level consultative meeting of chambers of commerce across the country against the recent tax legislation was held under the chairmanship of Atif Ikram Sheikh, President FPCCI. The consultative meeting discussed the government measures proposed in the Finance Bill and the controversial provisions of the Sales Tax Act. In the meeting, the business community expressed extreme concern over the recent legislation.. President Haripur Chamber of Commerce Shahbaz Mahmood said that the problems related to sales tax that business people will face should be highlighted on its importance or these problems and along with this, whatever invoicing there is should be used in the old way until people are made aware of it. Regarding entry from a single device, it was said that shopkeepers or traders are not educated enough to read it and work on it, therefore, they will have to pay penalties by mistake. This system is not acceptable. It should be changed and replaced with the old system.
- Important meeting with Chairman Tehsil Haripur Mr. Samiullah Khan regarding the third 14th August Azadi Cultural Festival. Mr. Mudassar Rehman, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Arts and Cultural Affairs of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Haripur, held an important meeting with Chairman Tehsil Haripur Mr. Samiullah Khan, in which the members of the committee also participated. This meeting was held in connection with the Haripur Cultural Festival 2025 to be held on 12, 13 and 14 August 2025.
